We ship from New York, USA and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also, customers are responsible for any applicable custom fees their country laws may put on products imported.

How long will it take for us to receive our order?

 Domestic Shipping

We ship out items in 2-3 business days from the day we receive the order, so you receive the shipment in 3-8 business days (USA), depending on your choice of shipping. We understand it's important to receive items without waiting too long for it!

 International Shipping

For International Orders, if you choose 'First Class' it may take up to 4-6 weeks; For Priority Mail, it may take up to 14 business days.  Kindly note that that customers are responsible for dutiesand taxes accrued in their home country.

How much is shipping?

You can put items in the cart and get an Estimated Shipping Cost to your zip code or country.  It's that simple! Our shipping costs are low and we provide real time shipping quotes.

What is your refund policy?

7 days from delivery - You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. 

14 days from delivery - You may exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

you can imagine, being a small business, our operating margins are low., therefore every cost matters. While we are offering the flexibility of returning items sold, we will not be able to cover the shipping cost. Therefore,we cannot provide a refund of original shipping cost and return shipping cost will also have to be borne by you (the customer). The shipping cost for the exchanged product will also need to be paid at the time to exchange.

In the event of a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
